2 Highly Successful Trade Show Booths

We've got a story to share with you about two exhibitors and their successful trade show booths.

Let’s start our story in October 2015, in Austin, Texas at the Realty Round Up hosted by the Austin Board of REALTORS. Approximately 200 exhibitors serving the Central Texas Real Estate market exhibited and more than 2,000 real estate professionals attended.

James Barnes, Branch Manager of AmeriFirst Financial’s Austin office, although a veteran of the mortgage industry, is reasonably new to this position. He quickly identified numerous opportunities to grow Austin branch office sales and exhibiting at the Realty Round Up this October was one such opportunity.

Due to the Austin office’s severely underperforming historic sales results prior to James’ leadership, it took some persuasion to convince AmeriFirst Financial corporate to make the investment in both participating in the event and creating a booth.

If I knew it was going to be this easy, I would have done this a long time ago

In collaboration with corporate marketing, he decided to create a set of three banner stands. This approach allowed the booth to be flexible for future events, was very inexpensive and really easy to transport and set up. Although he knew increased trade show participation would be highly effective for his office, James was a touch apprehensive. However, in the end he was really pleased with the ease of working with the Ace Exhibits’ team.

“If I knew it was going to be this easy, I would have done this a long time ago,” James shared as he thought about the whole experience.

Was the booth and trade show effective? Absolutely and he will be participating in upcoming events. The success at the Realty Round Up was just a part of James’ strategy that has dramatically increased Austin branch office sales and has captured the very positive attentions of the AmeriFirst Financial corporate office.

Let’s now turn to a success story from a business very different than the mortgage industry. Math Help Services is a Canadian cloud-based teaching platform for mathematics. Their platform helps educators to customize instruction and assignments for students while adhering to established educational standards.

Math Help Services came to Ace Exhibits for help creating a booth for an important trade show in their industry.

Steven Lambert, an Account Executive for Math Help Services, was charged with purchasing and coordinating the creation of the booth. Like James from AmeriFirst Financial, Steven himself was inexperienced with trade show booth creation and was grateful for Ace Exhibits’ guidance and service. “Great customer service! They did a wonderful job answering every one of my questions,” Steven shared.

The Math Help Services’ was happy with how their booth stood out in comparison to other booths at the show, they met their lead generation goals, and were very pleased with the overall event and Ace Exhibits’ contribution to success.
